Orders
How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply select the products you wish to purchase, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
If you do not see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the United Kingdom and European countries.
Will I receive a tracking number?
When available, tracking information will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched.

What products do you sell?
We sell clothing, accessories, footwear, and related fashion items.
Do your products fit true to size?
Yes. Our products fit true to size, unless otherwise specified on the product page.
If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the size you normally wear.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payment methods available at checkout, including major credit and debit cards.
All payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store payment card information.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are initially borne by the customer.
